The AISupport Method guide is covered by a 90-day money-back guarantee. If the guide is not useful to you, you may request a full refund within 90 days of your purchase date. No explanation is required.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by Digistore24, the authorized reseller and merchant of record. You can request a refund directly through Digistore24 using the order details in your purchase confirmation email, or by writing to AISupport@support.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take a few additional days to appear.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, your license to use the guide ends and access to the delivered material should be discontinued.
